How it works
From a scan to a relationship that lasts.
ORBINE turns introductions into a living system. Capture the connection, remember the context, and reconnect at the right time — without the manual busywork.
QR / NFC capture → CRM → follow-up → reconnect

The rhythm
Capture. Remember. Reconnect. Grow.
Every step maps back to the same simple loop.
- 01 Capture Every scan saves the person and the moment.
- 02 Remember Context, notes, and history stay attached.
- 03 Reconnect Follow up at the right time, not by accident.
- 04 Grow Relationships turn into pipeline and revenue.
The ORBINE Model
Identity → Relationships → Revenue
A named rep is the identity anchor. Relationships build on that identity, and revenue follows the relationships.
- Identity A named rep and a card people trust.
- Relationships Every scan becomes a remembered connection.
- Revenue Follow-ups and pipeline that compound over time.
Common questions
Good to know
What's the difference between a Personal and Business card?
A Personal card is user-owned and private — scans route into your own relationship space and don't require a workspace. A Business card is composed from your identity plus a selected company, and scans route contacts into that workspace's CRM while preserving rep and source attribution.
Do I need special hardware?
No. ORBINE works with a QR code anyone can scan, and optionally with NFC cards for a tap-to-share experience.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Solo plan is free forever and includes 100 contacts and 10 Assistant Credits.
